Cancellation & Returns
If your order is under 'Pending' status and your order is eligible for cancellation, "Cancel Button" will indicate on your
desired order that you wish to cancel.
- Click on "My Account" and click on "Order History" in the drop-down
- Once you see your order, click the "Cancel" Button
- Fill out the cancellation request form
- Choose the item(s) you need to cancel. Select your cancellation reason
- Click on "Submit".

If your order is already on its way to you or if you have already received your order, you may be able to return your product (See our Return Policy for detailed information).
You can create a request to return your products with these simple steps:
1. Log into your account
2. Go to 'Return Request'
3. Click on 'Return' against the item you wish to return or exchange
4. Fill in the details and raise a return pick request
Once you raise the request, you'll get an email confirming that your request is being processed. Based on the item, your request may be automatically approved or you may be contacted for more details. If the request is approved, then please fill up the Return Form with the adequate information and the item will be picked up after which you will get a replacement or refund. You can also track the status of your return request instantly from the 'My Orders' section of your account.
Conditions for Returns
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. For Electronic products, the item is only valid for return if there is any manufacturing defect or physical damage in it. (*Subject to Quality Check). Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. Please do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers’ box. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
Note: Items sold on RFL Best Buy can only be returned within 15 working days from the date of purchase. Return cannot be initiated if you do not have the Customer Copy of the invoice.
