    How to return a product?


    You can create a request to return your products with these simple steps:

    1. Log into your account

    2. Go to 'Return Request'

    3. Click on 'Return' against the item you wish to return or exchange

    4. Fill in the details and raise a return pick request

    Once you raise the request, you'll get an email confirming that your request is being processed. Based on the item, your request may be automatically approved or you may be contacted for more details. If the request is approved, then please fill up the Return Form with the adequate information and the item will be picked up after which you will get a replacement or refund. You can also track the status of your return request instantly from the 'My Orders' section of your account.


    Conditions for Returns

    The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. For Electronic products, the item is only valid for return if there is any manufacturing defect or physical damage in it. (*Subject to Quality Check). Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.

    The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. Please do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers’ box. If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition (referred as an invalid return), we reserve the right to send it back to you.

     

    Note: Items sold on RFL Best Buy can only be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase. Return cannot be initiated if you do not have the Customer Copy of the invoice.

    How long does the quality evaluation take?

    The quality evaluation process may take up to 2-4 working days once the item reaches our warehouse.

    The refund process will only begin after we have completed evaluating your returned product and if it is deemed to be a valid return.

    If it is an invalid return, the product will be sent back to you.

     

    Does RFL Best Buy provide a replacement for a valid returned & canceled items?

    Replacements are only currently available for returned items – please inform our customer service if you wish to have a replacement product.                                                                             

    If no eligible/suitable replacement is found, the price of the item will be refunded to you.

    How long does it take to process a refund?

    If your product is eligible for refund and once we have completed the quality evaluation or cancellation of item(s), your refund can generally take 2-7 working days according to your preferred refund method based on your initial method of payment and the table below.

    The time required to complete a refund depends on the refund method you have selected.

    Yes, if your return is valid then we’ll refund the shipping charge as well.
