How do I pay using the Online payment option?
We accept payment through any Visa, Master or American Express (AMEX) Cards.
To pay using your card at checkout, you will need to enter your card number, expiry date, CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to our online payment gateway page for entering the OTP/online 3D Secure password.
What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Don’t worry if you do not have any credit/debit card! You can always opt for the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method where you can pay in cash at the time of delivery of the product at your doorstep.
Note: Some Items (e.g. digital goods) may not be available for COD.
Gift cards or vouchers cannot be used to make COD payments.
Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on RFL Best Buy?
There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase on RFL Best Buy. The order amount is inclusive of all taxes and shipping fees. The order amount will be mentioned on the parcel and the invoice.

The 3D Secure password adds an additional layer of security through identity verification for your online credit/debit card transactions. This password, which is created by you, is known only to you. This ensures that only you can use your card for online purchases.
